Mama gotted to ride on a boat today. It was a work outing. (Imagine!). They fed them and everything. She said the music was too loud (they had a band) but it was very tropical music (whatever??), and she stayed inside cause it was too cold on the river. But she said it was a nice day and she saw lots of water and trees and some houseboats and barges and a tug boat called Ugh. Don't know what all that stuff is, cept the water and trees.
She didn't bring me anything home, either. But she gotted a ride home, so she was early! :-)
No boats for my man - he gets sick, even in the calmest water and most stable boat. What he does is really ugly compared to my hairballs.

Wow, that sounds fun. Mom says last summer, she went on a Dells boat for werk. Was your mom on the Missississsissississsssissssssippi? I'd love to try a boat sumtime!
ReplyDeleteHmmmm, we've heard what heppens on those kinds of cruises....(do the Vikings ring a bell?) But it sounds like on your mom's cruise everyone kept their clothes on & minded their business!

ReplyDeleteTo me, water is a Bad Thing. Why did your mom go out on a river? Did she need a bath? That's usually what it means if the Mom puts me near water.
