Monday, Monday
Mama had to remember to fill my water and her water bottle and the teapot so that we have water today. The city is turning off our water from 9 to 3 pm today. No one seems to know why, but we are complying.
Mommy had a hard time getting up this morning, but I reminded her that it was important to do stuff like wash the floors n stuff. Before we had no water.

Yikes, no water all day? Maybe they're fixing pipes.
Our mom keeps a water pail filled in the basement, just in case the water goes off for some reason. A hold-over from her days, LONG ago, growing up in the country. :-)

Nice girl you are that helps your mom to get up in the morning and rememberd her to fill up your waterbottles.
Sounds like maybe a water main break nearby. Our neighbors had one break under their front lawn and the whole block had to be turned off.
If it's not one thing it's another, isn't it.
Funny how we never seem to think about using water or electric until we don't have it, then we think of a thousand things we NEED water for....
