Feline Rescue Visitation

Kitty looking for good  mom

Yes, this kitty is looking for a good home.  Isn't she sweet? Her name is Quinn and she is one year old. I saw her today.  I haven't heard her purr, but she loovvvves to be petted and scritchied. There were lots of pretty kitties at the rescue place.  They have to do a background check (!) before you can be considered for adoption.  The cat's background check is done. Mine  has to be checked.  I like this place.  I am the one who has to be adopted! I think that's the right way to do it!
I will go back and see more kitties. They are open longer on the weekends but even the few hours during the week would work.Yesterday's no show ride was a real bummer. But I got to spend time there today.
The rescue place is amazing.  They are all volunteer (yes, I'm thinking of it), and of course all crazy for cats.
There was a little blind kitty, some very playful kittens, a sweet chocolate point Siamese, some tabbies, some orange cats, white cats, black cats (one black cat was 16 years old) cats and cats and cats. One looked amazingly like brandi!
So cross your fingers, toes and paws, We might have a new little kitty on Catitude soon. Or I will be spending time volunteering there. Or both. I do need a few green papers to pull this off.
