Finally Friday
Whew! What a night we just had! Thunderboomers so loud it felt like the building was exploding! Mommy said it was the loudest she had ever heard! Needless to say, when the boomers were going, I tried to stay by mommy's side to comfort her. But oh my codness, at one point I scrambled for under the dresser! And stayed there!

That was really wild wasn't it! It set off a car alarm across the street! We hid in the basement.
Oh dear, Mario always hides when he hears thunderboomers. They can be scary for sure.

You are right about the Tell-Tail Heart...not available at HCL. Mom checked Amazon and ordered it for her Kindle on your recommendation. Great price - 2.99 instead of the 12.99 regular price. She is going to re-read Poe's Tell Tale Heart first before she reads this book though. She read it long ago in freshman English in college and she vaguely remembers being hung over when she did! Of course that was 1978 so it could use a re-reading anyway! XXX to you Quinn!
You should have stayed awake long enough to join the Pet Parade yesterday. You still can. It's open all week. And there will be another next Friday. How lucky can you be? No thunderboomers in the Pet Parade. :)

Oh you poor sweet dear. We almost nefur have thunderstormies here, but when we do, I get plenty skeered. The Human says I am a real coward all the time anyway, but I don't think that's very nice of her, is it?
